NEW BLOCK FOR SCIENCE LAB,LIBRARY INAUGURATED AT BLESSED ALPHONSA SCHOOL, SHAKTINAGAR, RAICHUR
SHAKTINAGAR,RAICHUR Apr 21, 2024:

A new block for Science lab , library and separate toilet block for girls at Blessed and inaugurated at Blessed Alphonsa School, Shaktinagar on April 21, 2024 by Bishop Henry D’Souza, Bishop of Bellary and President of Bellary Diocesan Board of Education.

Blessed Alphonsa School, started in 1989 at this Thermal Power Station of Raichur is doing yeoman service in transforming individuals into empowered citizens of the society ever since in this power house of Raichur district.

The quality education imparted by the Christian institutions is the strong foundation laid one’s life which transforms, liberates and empowers “ said BDBE Secretary Fr. John Peter at the occasion.

In his message during the inauguration of the Science lab and Library “In a multi cultural and multi religious context of our country, education should cultivate scientific temper through observation, hypothesis and verification to look for solutions to human problems. They should not be blind consumers” the bishop said.

Bishop also appreciated the hard work put in by the school management Fr. Leo Micheal, Bethlemite Sisters and the school staff members, Donors for this memorable gift for the people of Shaktinagar School manager Rev.Fr. Leo Micheal, honoured and thanked all those special invitees, the architect, contractor and others.
