BELLARY, DEC 3: Fathers (N)A Vincent, B. Francis and C. Philip will celebrate the silver jubilee of their priestly ordination today at Bellary.
An open air thanksgiving Eucharistic Concelebration will be held at 5.00 pm at the Cathedral grounds to mark the occasion.
Many dignitaries and a large gathering of Catholics are expected to attend the celebrations.
Fr. Francis is the parish priest of Toranagallu parish and Fr. Philip is the pastor of Bandihatti in Bellary. Fr. Vincent is presently the parish priest of Manvi in Raichur district.
Born near Chennai, the three priests have been serving the diocese of Bellary ever since their ordination to priesthood in 1986.
The Shrine of Bellary Arogya Mathe was blessed and dedicated on 8th September 2000 on the feast of the Nativity of our Blessed Mother Mary in memory of the great jubilee 2000 and the Golden Jubilee of the Diocese of Bellary
