BELLARY, OCT. 13: Bellary Non Governmental Organizations formed a forum for flood relief and rehabilitation in the districts of Bellary, Koppal and Raichur.
Nineteen NGOs of Bellary met at the Diocesan Development Society (BDDS) to launch an united forum for relief and rehabilitation of the victims of recent rains and floods.
Mr. Samson of World Vision was elected as Convener and Fr. Paul Raj of BDDS as Secretary of the Forum. Bishop Henry D'Souza would be the Patron of the Forum.

Minhajuddin (Jamat Islami Hind, Bellary), Mr. K. Ghoolappa (Lions Club, Bellary), Mr. Samson (World Vision, Bellary), Mrs. Mary Celine (Social Worker & Teacher), Ms. Suguntha (MMMP Dhama), Fr. Ivan Pinto (St. Joseph’s Boys’ School), Mr. C. Thippesh (READS, Bellary), Mr. B.D. Gouda (CORD, Bellary), Mr. T. N.M. Prasanna (HRDS, Bellary), Mr. Pushparaj (National College), Sr. Sleevarani (JMJ Society), Sr. Elizabeth (Navajeevana0, Ms. Neeraja (Mother Teresa Development Trust), Sr. Elizabeth, FS (Fatima Sisters, Bellary) and Sr. Shalini (Good Shepherd Sisters)
The Forum would be providing immediate relief material to over 3,500 families and medical care for the flood affected people.
