Dear Rev. Fathers, 

Greetings of peace and joy to all of you!

It’s about four months since the Diocesan Councils, Commissions and Committees were formed. It’s proper that we assess as to how they are functioning and progressing. Hence, we hereby request you to kindly send a report of activities of your respective Council/Commission/Committee to the Bishop by Sep. 30, positively.

 
You may kindly use the following format to report objectively.

  2. Programmes/Activities held:
  3. Any other programme (Pl give specific details)
